Corner of Mindfulness & Perspective As we continue chugging, and prodding along in our studies, we can begin to feel weighed down with all of our worries and struggles. It’s at these moments and times we just need to take a time out to refocus and gather ourselves before starting out again. Try this: Take a deep breath in, count to 3 and slowly let it out. Maybe try it a few more times. How does the world look now? Not your thing? Find something to make you laugh. Laughter is a great remedy to stress.
